Siamese ~ Thai ~ Wichien-Maat

When talking about Sophia, elegant, sweet and sophisticated come to mind when describing this Old Style Siamese. Sophia is my daughters cat, and the two of them have been in-separable since the first day she came to live with us. Sophie as we call her loves nothing better then to snuggle under the covers of a human. She is talented at sneaking under cover when you least expect her. Sophia is a one of a kind when it comes to loving her human as she will put her paws on our shoulders and give soft meows and kisses. Sophia is a confident girl, who commands respect from all of the other cats, she is the top queen. Her heart is focused on providing companionship and love towards her humans as her only goal in life. Her beauty is second to none with gorgeous blue-denim eyes and beautify blue point colouring. Sophia has Old Siamese American lines that seem to be in no other breeders lines for at least six generations, dating back to the 60's. Sophia will be retiring this year after her final litter which we expect around November - December. Heritage: She is a gorgeous blue point given to me by a family who wanted to see her lines preserved, and were willing to part with her at age two to see that accomplished. Unfortunately I have been unable to locate any breeders in America working with her lines. Is a real American Old Style Siamese, and while I have not included her as Thai, I beleive strongly that her offspring will contribute to the advancement of the Thai and TICA and return the old look back into the show halls. Sophia was my very first queen!! Currently, Eline Polak of [Elvëa Mëoi Cattery] is raising Sophia's daughter [Chablis] and is helping me preserve this old line. Sophia's old line is not utilized in the show lines, or by other breeders which makes her such a unique Siamese linage that has been a top priority for me in preserving. Future: All breeders have/or should have specific goals. My goal for Sophia is to preserve her American line, from extinction.
