Siamese Cat RieslingRiesling didn't get the "memo" that she is a CAT, not a DOG. She is easily confused on that particular point, as I also believe she is unclear of her status within our house. If you look below at the pictures you will notice that Riesling lives on our laps. On occasion she actually sits on the chairs at the table when we eat dinner....I swear I try to keep the cats in line. If you're a Siamese owner you know what I mean.
Riesling also believes she speaks human, and thinks nothing about telling us off if when we get home from a day being out of the house. She is spoiled rotten as she has wormed her way into my husband's heart, who is a proclaimed "dog lover." Riesling started her debut fetching, which is a common trait for Siamese, but also my husband as taught her to sit....I am waiting for "give me paw." She also finds great amusement in chasing her tail and will flee at the sight of a Florida Waterbug. **I am not from Florida, but these WATERBUGS, are huge!!! Either way I am getting no protection from the feline gang.

Siamese Riesling
Riesling is a gorgeous seal-point Siamese who I have registered as Thai in [TICA] and has exceptional blue eyes. She has not had a litter, but I am predicting great looking cats who are fun and easy going. Riesling comes from my friend and fellow breeder Brigitte Sierck of [Las Joyas Thai Cattery] in Germany.
Riesling's bloodline is one that I waited the longest for, as I knew I wanted a cat with an old English pedigree, but also and for sentimental reasons, a line that came from Germany.

Future:

All breeders have/or should have specific goals. My goal for Riesling is to combine the bloodlines of her and Beringer as my own foundational breeding program for my first born and raised Stud Cat.

The prospect of this breeding will mean direct connections to Thailand. Riesling whose pedigree can connect to the earliest imports into England, and Beringer whose bloodline was recently imported from Thailand.
